After years of reigning supreme at brick-and-mortar establishments, Bingo is finally having its day on the best of online casinos. Offering you around-the-clock games, real money Bingo has never been more accessible, or more popular. If you’re looking to get your slice of the action, but you’re not quite sure where to start, then read on as we talk you through some of the biggest revelations in the world of online Bingo gaming.
Jackpots Drop Room
Here is yet another new way to play our beloved Bingo. The game consists of a group of five time-based, and scheduled, jackpots – three with a fixed prize pot and two that are progressive. The latter means that the prize will increase depending on contributions from the participating players. What’s more, due to the jackpots’ time sensitive nature, the total will also increase the closer it gets to the time limit. Once the jackpot has been claimed, the game will be reset.
These five jackpots each have their own criteria that has to be met in order to trigger them, and to get your slice of that ever-tempting prize pot. They are as follows:
Hourly Jackpot (Fixed Prize) – can be triggered once per hour
Daily Jackpot (Fixed Prize) – can be triggered once a day
Weekly Jackpot (Fixed Prize) – can be triggered up to twice a week
Monthly Jackpot (Progressive Prize) – can be triggered once a month
Giant Jackpot (Progressive Prize) – can be triggered roughly every six months
After each standard Bingo round, the computer system will determine which stakes are eligible to trigger the jackpot element of this game. Once this has been triggered, players will be shown a winning animation whilst the outcome and jackpot are selected. It’s worth noting that if a player ends up triggering more than one jackpot at the same time then they will only be credited with the higher jackpot amount.
Gold Room Bingo
This golden edition of Bingo is a 90-ball affair, with each ticket consisting of individual grids containing 27 squares. Within these squares, you’ll find three rows and nine columns. The rows contain five numbers and four black squares each, with 15 numbers total appearing on every ticket. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy strips, which is a group of six tickets, with every possible number from one to 90 appearing within it.
All prizes and jackpots offered in every Bingo game will have a minimum guaranteed jackpot amount, however the actual prize will be determined by the number of players and tickets purchased in each game. In a nutshell, the more tickets bought, the bigger the jackpot will be!
If you’re already a fan of Bingo then the selection of prizes on offer in this game should be fairly familiar to you. Players can receive prizes for meeting the one line, two lines or the House/Bingo requirements. One and two lines are pretty self-explanatory, and must be horizontal across the cards, whilst the Bingo prize is awarded to the player who is first to crossed off all the numbers on their ticket. Two or more players can win and share these prizes, as well as the same player winning more than once, if they’ve purchased more than one ticket or a strip.
