Imagine getting hundreds of emails from the real estate listing sites asking about the houses for sale nearby. Isn’t the thought of getting dozens of inquiries from potential buyers quite enticing? Having hundreds of unread emails in inbox may seem appealing on paper, but in reality, it’s not that appealing. It can be quite overwhelming for most real estate brokers to open each email and note the pertinent information they need to communicate with their prospective buyers.
Currently, are you facing the same issue? Have you manually gone through your emails, exported emails to spreadsheet, and opened billions of emails to sort your leads? You need to examine email parser programs if you are sick and tired of manually opening emails and pasting data.

That’s where we can help.
Parserr: An Introduction
With Parserr, you can eliminate manual data entry by using a web-based email parser; even if you are new to the process, our software offers a visual interface of the parsing workflow.
Parserr launches an interactive setup process automatically after registering and verifying your account. Afterward, Parserr will send you a test message modeled after the announcement that needs to be handled. The message can be sent or forwarded to your email client’s address shown on the screen.
Please remember to save your Parserr email address as it will be used for subsequent emails to be parsed. Setting up an auto-forward rule on your email client with your Parserr address as the recipient is a good strategy.
Your email service provider offers the following information about auto-forwarding emails:
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Yahoo! Mail
Here is a sample email so we can keep things simple.
Parserr will be used to process the following data: name, location, phone number, and email address.
You must specify the part of the email you want to extract once the email has been received.
You can include the message body, the sender’s address, CC recipients, and so on.
Generally, businesses should scan the message body. As such, we will choose “Body” from the drop-down menu for this example:
If you use Zapier or Microsoft Flow – two platforms that automate workflows – you will be asked on the next page. In that case, select “neither” and click “Next.”
Adding Lead Information to Your CRM
The first thing to do in the set up process is to decide what you will do with the extracted data. Data can be funneled into another platform or downloaded periodically in a spreadsheet.
If you want to manage your real estate lead management efforts centrally, you can send Parserr data to Zoho CRM. You can plan site visits, follow up on inquiries, and sort contacts based on their status in the sales pipeline.
Based on the test email you sent earlier, Parserr will automatically generate rules based on your selected CRM platform. The preset rules should look like this based on the example above:
Parserr automatically generates rules, but this isn’t a requirement. By clicking on the “No, I can create my own rules” button, you are free to create your own rules.
To link your Parserr accounts to different services, you should use Zapier with your Parserr account.
Using Parserr, you can create, manage, and use Zapier integrations through the platform.
