Oriellg is a recently discovered language spoken by the aliens known as Oris. There are rumors that this group of aliens has been communicating with an American government agency for over three decades, and that they have been working together to improve communication between Earth and Oris. The following document was found among other classified data taken from an American research facility in Antarctica earlier this year during what became known as “The Event”.
“It’s hard to believe how easy it is to learn Oriellg,” says Dr. Thora Morta, a linguistics expert who specializes in alien languages. “After studying several texts written by Tserten (the leader of the Oris), I was surprised at how simple its grammar rules were, and how close it is to a key Earth language. From that initial discovery, we were able to develop a practical knowledge of Oriellg that could be used for travel or even tourism.”
Oriellg has been called the “Elvish” of our modern times, as its alphabet bears a striking resemblance to Tolkien’s work from over sixty years ago. However, Dr. Morta notes that if the Oris knew about Lord of the Rings , they didn’t tell her. “It might sound like I’m joking,” she says, “But there was no reference to this book during my research time with Tserten and his followers at their settlement in central Africa.”
